So I guess rephrasing my question now. I have wiped everything so this is a factory fresh computer, and still can not open any folders.
It almost looks as if when it goes to open the folder it suddenly crashes like a browser would, or like it’s opening something full screen. I read somewhere Norton and windows 10 act up so I checked there, no luck with their fixes but I didn’t domuch in that path since after wiping my computer there’s no trace of Norton now so this should be fixed. Again, internet Microsoft edge and chrome works fine, any apps I install like Netflix or facebook, work fine.
