To understand the issue better, let me know what is the make and model of the computer? I suggest you to run the Hardware troubleshooter and check if it helps. I see that you have tried installing APC’s software, however if you have not tried installing latest software from the manufacturer website you may try the same. Check if it helps. Looks like you’re having a problem with Powerchute. Ask APC technical support for help with their software. In reply to A.
